To ensure that you receive the best doll, we strictly control the manufacturing process of the doll and check it before shipping. When you receive a sex doll, check the doll carefully to make sure it is in good condition. If you find any quality problems caused by non-human factors such as damage, please take photos, do not use it, and contact us at info@mypuppen.com within 14 days. It has been confirmed that the product had quality defects. We will return the doll or exchange it for another one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Order changes or cancelations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Order processing usually begins within 12 hours of receipt of the order. Therefore, please make sure that your order is correct before you click on the \"Send\" button. If we have already started processing your order and you still wish to cancel it, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 20 % on your canceled order. If we have completed your doll and you insist on canceling your order, we will charge 50 % of the fee. In another case, we have not only finished your doll but also shipped it, then the order will not be canceled, please understand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Undeliverable orders<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
